卢龙辉，博士，中国科学院空天信息创新研究院，助理研究员（博士后）。主要从事草原病虫害遥感监测预警研究、森林转型研究。主持省部级项目1项，参与国家及省部级科研项目7项，累计发表国内外学术论文42篇，其中第一作者11篇，SCI/EI文章7篇。
